Quick Troubleshooting Guide

• I did not receive the script files in your email or

• The zip file I received is corrupt or

• I want to upgrade to the latest version of the script

• Register at the forums using the email that you used to purchase the script. If you registered at the forums before buying the script with the same email, please login to your account, go to UserCP and change your email address. Now you will be able to create a new account with the purchase email.
• Activate your account by following the verification link received in your email.
• Go to the Announcements forum and download the latest version of the script.

• I'm not able to view/post threads in the forum or

• I want to become a "Verified Customer"
